I thought it was time to give a little more detail about exactly what I am doing. We’ll as you can probably tell by the advertisement on your right I decided to go on the medifast jumpstart diet plan to lose weight. Why medifast? You might ask. Well I like the structure of the medifast system, and every other system I found seemed didn’t seem hard core enough. The plan is really simple you eat about every 2-3 hrs and you eat their pre-packaged food 5 of those times and then one lean and green meal. After following the plan for 5 days I am down to 196 pounds. Do the math that is 9 pounds in 5 days. I am actually on a plane to California right now on a plane with free WiFi! I thought it might be hard to keep on the diet while I am gone, but I just packed the food in my bag. I will let you know how it turns out.
