I have noticed during this experience of losing weight it that affects your friends and family in different ways. My wife has always been fit and healthy, but my new weight loss and interest in running has sparked a competitive nature in her. While others just feel the need to share that they know they are overweight and they simply don’t care, or do not have the will to change their eating habits. While others have been inspired, and I have started seeing them make decisions to try and make better decisions when it comes to meal time. You never really realize how a decision you make can affect so many people around you.
Not long after I started on Medifast in fact it was only a few days after, I went on a trip out to California for business, and to see some friends. I was concerned that it would be difficult to stay on my diet while traveling, but realized i could just pack it in my bag and take it with me. I went on two vacations, one being a cruise and two business trips while being on the Medifast Meal Plan and managed to lose weight on every single trip. No other diet I know about would make this possible. So if you are about to go on a vacation and you are thinking “I will start my diet afterward”. Well, think again because you could lose 4-5 pounds while you are gone. Just get started you won’t be dissapointed.
