My Diet Journey!

- You are a friend of mine and out of some obligation feel it necessary to visit.
Well, whatever the reason I am glad to have you. I have come to the realization of something, and I know this might come as a big shock to some of you that know me but here it goes. “I’m FAT!” Surprised? Me either, I have been watching my hands put food in my mouth all my life. You know I have been complaining lately a lot about how our government has been spending way to much money. I know what your thinking! POLITICS? What I discovered was that the very thing I was complaining about them doing I was doing to myself. I was eating more calories every day then I could take, but unlike the treasury I was having a surplus.
So what to do about this surplus? As far as I can tell I have 3 options.
- The Democratic Strategy – Eat more in fact Eat a lot more!
- The Republican Strategy – Eat a little less, but not enough where it is uncomfortable.
- The Revolutionary – Drastic calorie intake reduction.
Well I have made my decision and I have decided to go with option number 3. In fact my goal is to lose 40 pounds or about 18 kg for my friends across the pond. How am I going to do it? Well stay tuned and find out.
